We have relaxed our cancellation policies to give you extra peace of mind:
During these uncertain times, we remain committed to offering flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we have adjusted our booking policies to give you extra peace of mind. Any pre-existing cancellation policies have been replaced with this new policy.
Any existing or new direct bookings scheduled for between now and the end of summer can be rescheduled for any future date. In keeping with advice from the Italian Government (link) we can offer a voucher to reschedule your stay to be redeemed within one year of the request to change. For those with a “non-refundable” policy or restriction to 60 days prior the arrival date, the prepayment or deposit will be converted in a voucher to be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation/change, as per above seasons rules. This is on a like-for-like basis and guided by our T&C’s. Bookings in August may be amended up to 7 days prior to arrival. Bookings outside of August may be amended up to 2 days prior to arrival.

Third Party bookings:
For guests who have booked through a third-party travel partner please contact your agent for more information on their individual booking policies.
We would like to reassure you that the wellbeing of all of our guests and staff remains of the utmost importance to us, at all times. Thereby Cignella is committed to sanitising all spaces, and in particular apartments, rooms and related facilities, to ensure maximum safety for its guests.
We would ask our guests to please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please do not come to Cignella if you are unwell – we are relaxing our cancellation policy during this time and will be more than happy to reschedule your stay for another time in the future (see above)
- Keep your hands clean, wash them regularly and thoroughly, for at least 40 seconds with soap and water
- Always carry single use tissues with you – we will be providing these in multiple places around resort – and use them to catch all coughs and sneezes, then bin the tissue immediately into the “unsorted waste”. Wash your hands with soap and water afterwards, or use a sanitiser if hand washing facilities are not immediately available
- We ask anyone who is concerned that they may have encountered the virus to follow the Government advice, and self-isolate in the first instance.
For the most part, you are unlikely to notice many changes when you visit us. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us to limit the spread of Coronavirus. We will continue to monitor guidance provided by the Government and provide updates as needed.
